Career Progression
Chris’s career started with Arthur Andersen, now Accenture, as a technology consultant. He joined KPMG Consulting to lead their technology transformation and separation from KPMG in the Americas, concluding his tenure as CIO of the Americas, having helped the IT organization’s rank to top 50 from a position of 236 in the InformationWeek 500.
From there he pioneered emerging global professional services technology disciplines of Strategy and Innovation at PwC, reporting to the Global CIO. His responsibilities included leading the collaboration between PwC’s Center for Advanced Research in San Jose, CA and the Global IT team in Tampa, FL where early advances in detecting fraud and the origins of their audit analytics technology utilized today were created.
As a global technology leader at Deloitte, Chris spent two years in Princeton, NJ leading and delivering the global technology infrastructure and deployment of the Deloitte Audit EMS, CMS, and Technical Library solutions in close collaboration with the Deloitte top 9 Country CIOs.
Chris has completed his career in the Big4 with EY – hiring, inspiring, and leading industry leading a team of a total of over 800 assurance technology professionals to build and deliver the world’s first and only truly global Digital Audit ecosystem, EY Canvas, fully utilized in 150+ countries worldwide less than 3 years from commencement of the global transformation initiative. The satisfaction of stakeholders, clients, EY personnel and partners as well as regulators in the results of the work of Chris’ teams is unprecedented for such a massive, high risk technology endeavor. EY Assurance has won an “unprecedented” number of prestigious global audit clients since 2018 as a direct result of their Digital Audit innovation.
He excels as an Executive Client Partner at Globant, where he partners with the world’s leading Professional Services Firms – Consulting, Audit and Assurance, Tax, Legal, etc. – to continue to drive technology infused innovation.

Chris sits on non-profit and for-profit startup Boards, advises multiple technology startups, is an executive coach, and leads advanced degree and executive education lectures, and classroom learning sessions, at prestigious Universities in the US and UK.
